Stability – EPIC is underwritten by Lexington Insurance Group and has been providing Non-Subscriber coverage for Texas employers since 1998. Various underwriters of Non-Subscription insurance have entered and left the market since then, but the EPIC program, underwritten by Lexington Insurance has remained constant.

Strength - Lexington Insurance is rated A+ XV Superior by AM Best and is a member of American International Companies, the largest commercial insurer in the United States. The strength of American International Companies provides the assurance that Non-Subscriber customers will be afforded the protection they need and the security that complete coverage will be provided.

Innovation – Lexington and EPIC were one of the first combinations to offer accident and liability coverage on the same policy form. Now Lexington and EPIC continue to provide enhancements to meet the needs of Texas Non-subscriber clients.
