Employer's Comp Associates, Inc. has just celebrated
EPIC’S 9th
birthday!
We are proud of the STABILITY, STRENGTH, and
INNOVATION we have experienced in the
Non-Subscription market since 1998. Our new product,
Employer’s Excess Indemnity, provides additional
protection to your clients with limits from
$1,000,000 to $5,000,000 above existing EPIC
policies.
Stability – EPIC is underwritten by Lexington
Insurance Group and has been providing Non-Subscriber
coverage for Texas employers since 1998. Various
underwriters of Non-Subscription insurance have
entered and left the market since then, but the EPIC
program, underwritten by Lexington Insurance has
remained constant.
Strength - Lexington Insurance is rated A+ XV
Superior by AM Best and is a member of American
International Companies, the largest commercial
insurer in the United States. The strength of
American International Companies provides the
assurance that Non-Subscriber customers will be
afforded the protection they need and the security
that complete coverage will be provided.
Innovation – Lexington and EPIC were one of the first
combinations to offer accident and liability coverage
